Commercial Development
These types of projects include the development of port facilities, business parks, and market spaces. Some of the commercial projects that Plateau has been involved in include the Pybus Market, The Pasco Dollar General, and the WSU Tri-Cities expansion. Dependent upon the location, scope, and funding for the project, commercial projects may require a variety of services. These services may include the creation of an Historical Property Inventory, Preliminary Cultural Resource Review, or a Cultural Resource Survey. The initial finding of the preliminary work will determine any further services that may be required. These could potentially include the development of an Inadvertent Discovery Plan, and/or Monitoring.
