Residential Development
Residential Development can involve a variety of permits and the participation of numerous agencies, dependent on scope, location, and funding. Plateau has helped bring several projects to completion including The Marshal Creek Estates and the Cameo Lofts developments. Residential Development projects can be small or large and can often require a Preliminary Cultural Resource Review, a Historic Property Inventory if existing structures will be removed, or a Cultural Resource Survey. Dependent on the findings, an Inadvertent Discovery Plan, or Monitoring may be required.
