The planned Crown Pointe Development is a residential subdivision that will include 450 single-family residential structures, 200 multi-family residential structures, and a business center. The development is located north of Post Falls, Idaho and covers approximately 108 acres. Project plans included extension of the Bureau of Reclamation water infrastructure to serve the development. Since permitting by the Bureau of Reclamation was included, the project developer was required to meet the federal agency’s request and consider the potential impacts to historic properties prior to project execution. The cultural resource survey and review of open utility trenches provided no evidence of Native American or historic-era cultural materials or features.
